Hyperlinks don't work in Outlook Express

Sometimes Outlook Express won't open hyperlinks when clicked on.
Here's a possible solution for this problem.

Click on Start / Run...
At the command prompt type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll and hit "Enter".

This pop-up window will appear
Click the OK button.
