1. First, navigate to the website that you want to use as your homepage.
2. Then in Internet Explorer, click on Tools / Internet Options...
3. Click on the General file-folder tab.
4. Click the Use Current button.
5. Click the OK button.

A Delete Browsing History window will appear.
Place a check mark next to the items you want to delete.
Press the Delete button.

Press CTRL+D, an Add a Favorite window will appear.
You can change the name or locate the bookmark to another folder.
When done click the Add button.
